SoulStar Metaphysics has longtime supplier and customer relationships, we are really reasonable for in store exchanges if you buy something that doesn't work for you.  We have very few issues with the product lines, though occasionally it can happen we understand and endeavor to make it right for you.

All Defective items purchased MUST be reported within 24 hours of receiving it for replacement/exchange.
