Natrolite is probably the most powerful zeolite for both purifying and stimulating. It fizzes away like an effervescent cleanser, thoroughly clearing the body’s energy field, inside and out.

At the same time, it is very Heart-centred. This is very helpful, clearing away old sadness and hurt, and reawakening the Heart to love. However, the process is rapid and intense, so can sometimes be very uncomfortable, especially when issues are old and deep-seated, and need time to untangle and release more slowly.
